HVAC UPDATE
Have you been wondering what’s going on with the air conditioning for the “hot spots” in the school/preschool areas? About four weeks ago, we ordered the equipment for phase one of the project (phase one includes the Library, Preschool 2’s room, Kindergarten, and 1st Grade) and are still waiting for that to be delivered. Most of the money collected to this point will be used to pay for phase one, but is about half of the cost of the entire project. We can not schedule the work to be done until we know when the equipment will arrive, so at this point will have to wait until the contractor can work the job into his schedule. The window is getting very small to have this completed before school begins, so we are looking at working after school hours etc. and still have some hope it will be done by September. ~ Pastor French
LIFE NOTES Do you have a heart for young women facing an unplanned pregnancy? Have you ever wished you could provide a word of encouragement and hope in response to a phone call; or perhaps comfort a frightened young lady who has just come to the realization that her whole life is turned upside down?
If you have a loving, nonjudgmental heart and a love of the Lord, we would welcome you to consider coming for training in a volunteer capacity as a Helpline Counselor, Peer Counselor, Parenting Instructor, or in some other area. If you feel God has called you, or you would like to explore the possibility, we would love to have you join us for our next training session July 25-29! Please call LifeCare Services Pregnancy Center at 743-4488 for an application.
CHEER CAMP Reminder for cheerleaders/mascots: Cheer Camp is Monday, August 8 – Tuesday, August 9. Information will be in the mail in the next week. We will need assistance with school registration day as well on Wed., August 10. Continue to check the website for details and updates. Contact Valerie Lawless for any questions, 765-491-2643. Cheerful blessings!
PLEASE JOIN US Rich Sunkel and Daniel O’Connor and their families would like to invite you to attend their Eagle Scout Court of Honor, the highest honor in Boy Scouting, on Sunday, July 24 at 2:00 p.m. in the sanctuary. A reception will follow the ceremony in the cafeteria.

WEEKDAY BIBLE STUDIES
SUNDAY SCHOOL 10:00-11:00 a.m.
This Sunday we will be studying Jesus’ healing of the nobleman’s son. A nobleman from Capernaum made the 20-mile trip to Cana to ask Jesus to return with him and heal his son. Jesus didn’t go with him. He simply spoke the word and the boy was healed. The nobleman believed Jesus’ words and received the answer to his prayers. For room assignments by grade, please look in the Welcome Center glass case.
