TOP Honors at WV Regional Social Studies Fair
Winners at Latin Convention Mrs. Breana Moore received this week’s Staff of the Week Award for her outstanding representation at the Latin Convention and all her
hard work in preparation for standardized testing.
St. Joseph’s Archery Club competed in its first-ever competitions this month
at Buckhannon-Upshire and Cabell-Midland. Team members are Sidnea B.,
Will B., J.J. B., Hayley C., Kamryn M., Alex R., Annie S., Josiah S.,

Month - March
5th Grade Visit
Pre-K4 classes are studying the Letter R and Recycling. Stu-dents collected paper, aluminum and plastic items to make robots in class.
Pre-K3 classes are studying the the solar system including moon sand, rocks and planets.
St. Joseph’s 5th Grade classes visited Marshall University on March 8th to tour the Rosanna Blake Civil War Room in the Morrow Library. Students had a great time exploring authentic resources from the time period and learning about local Civil War history.
