Heartfelt will be returning to SMES in SJC on Sat. Aug. 22nd. Lives have been protected in previous years and we are excited to provide cardiac/heart screening again this year. The screening is open to the public - ages 5 and up. Each participant will receive $1,500 worth of comprehensive cardiac evaluation, including an echocardiogram and an electrocardiogram for a donation of just $85 per person.
