SAVE YOUR USED POSTAGE STAMPS: The C.C.W. is collecting used postage stamps. Proceeds will help to broadcast the word of God in South America. Stamps need to be trimmed leaving a 1/4 inch border of the envelope or they will not be able to peel them off properly. A box marked “Used Postage Stamps” will be left in the back of church or you may drop them off at the parish office during regular office hours.

COPIES OF TODAY’S SERMON are available to take with you after Mass at St. Patrick, enabling further individual reflection on Father’s message for each of you at home. Please see the ushers for a copy as you leave, or look for them on the table on the back wall of the church.

Please consider a sacrificial gift for this collection to assist with alleviating the remaining $6 million dollar debt resulting from emergency exterior restoration. Many thanks to those who generously contributed to last year’s collection to care for our Mother Church. All gifts received in this special collection will be designated to alleviate the burden of the remaining debt. Please use the envelope stapled to your bulletin this week for the collection September 22 & 23. Archbishop John Ireland relied on every Catholic’s support to build this great monument of faith and so we need everyone’s support now to preserve it for future generations.
