Eighth Sunday in Ordinary Time

My dear people,

First of all may I say how nice it is to be back amongst you again. We were very privileged to be able to spend time with our daughter Poppy in New Zealand, and to see something of that beautiful country. As we drove through , the astonishing countryside was a constant reminder of the majesty of our Lord who created all things. It is the same Lord who has created us in His image and who calls us to rediscover our own glory through imitation of Jesus. Never stop striving to live up to His Commandments , and do not be afraid to correct one another gently in love, remembering that we are all sinners.

Yours in Christ, Fr Gerry
