The STACK-N-STORE automatically and accurately count and stack most small pieces directly from the ironer, and it does all this faster than your best operator could by hand.

Refreshingly SimpleThe STACK-N-STORE is a simple machine to operate and maintain, with ample space to access the interior parts. The PLC touchscreen controls are easy to use. No part on this machine is awkward to access resulting in more production time.

Fast and SmoothThe high production speed in combination with the gentle stacking flappers of the STACK-N-STORE is truly a sight to behold. The mechanical flappers that smoothly fold each small piece onto the stacking rods provide a quick and calm way to neatly and accurately stack your products, without disturbing your finished stacks down the line.

Independent Lane OperationWith the Leonard STACK-N-STORE, each lane operates independently, leaving the other lanes free to do what they do best. Each lane can run a different product than the other lanes, for up to five seperate products running on the same machine.

Fully VersatileThe STACK-N-STORE can detect when the ironer's discharge bed lowers, and will lower its feed table to match. Also, The PLC control system can add custom product recipes with ease. This machine will blend in to your operation quickly and efficiently.

Challenge AcceptedLeonard Automatics can service your old Challenge STACK-N-STORE with replacement parts, new controls, and even rebuilds. However, there will come a time when you will need to replace your stacker. When that day comes, remember that the Leonard STACK-N-STORE has been redesigned with upgrades and new features, including the optional reject system with a take-away belt. And it has the same footprint as your current STACK-N-STORE, so you won't need to re-arrange your production line.

The STACK-N-STORE can roll easily into place behind your ironer, and it can stay there with five stabilizing jack screws. The feed bed height is adjustable from 321/8" to 383/8" (816mm to 975mm). The STACK-N-STORE requires only compressed air at 80 psi and an electrical connection. The standard 3 phase AC requirement is 230/460 volts, and other options are available.
