Description

STADIP PRINT is laminated glass with a printed PVB fi lm (Polyvinyl Butyral).

Applications

• Internal use:- doors;- advertising panels;- partitions;- fl ooring;- railings;- display windows;- service windows.

Advantages

• Personalise your space. The image of your choice is incorporated while transparency and the passage of natural light is retained, without creating any blurred effect in the printed areas.

• Very good defi nition and brilliance. True to the colours of the source print.

• Cleaning glazed surfaces is made easy; no special care required. The printing is contained inside the laminated glass.

• The fi lm used with the laminated glass is a classical PVB fi lm. Printing on the fi lm has a small infl uence on the adherence of the layer, but in no way impacts on the performance level. This means that the edges of the STADIP PRINT glass product make for the protection of property and people, which is guaranteed by the product at the highest level of mechanical performance (1B1 according to standard EN 12600).

• When used internally in Europe, the colour stability of the printed fi lms is guaranteed for 5 years. The inks are protected by the PVB fi lm which fi lters out 99 % of UV radiation.

• In damp locations, patterns are only possible with a non-printed free edge of at least 10 mm. We recommend classical glazing with a frame. Please check with us.

Range

The 3 STADIP PRINT variants differ according to the way they are used.

STADIP PRINT can be manufactured as fl oat glass (PLANICLEAR), as hardened glass (PLANIDUR) or as toughened safety glass (SECURIT). In the case of PLANIDUR or SECURIT, borings of up to 50 mm are also possible.

The edges of STADIP PRINT glass are fi nished after the assembly of the glazed item except in the case of toughened glasses.

Dimensions

• Minimum dimensions:200 mm x 300 mm.

Larger sizes are available on request.

Positioning of the motif: +/- 2 mm from the edge of the glass.

Tolerance regarding the size of the motif also increases: +/- 3 mm/ml.

• Requirements regarding the print source for printing on the PVB

Resolution of the print source must be at least 150 dpi, as follows:
