ROB STAFSHOLT WINS 10TH SENATE DISTRICT PRIMARY Convincing victory, strong legislative accomplishments position Republicans to retake seat

[New Richmond, Wis.] – Tonight, State Representative Rob Stafsholt handily won the Primary Election in Wisconsin’s 10th Senate District. He performed well across the district in a show of broad support and momentum. He now faces Patty Schachtner in the November 3 General Election, providing a clear contrast between Stafsholt’s proven record of delivering results and Schachtner’s failure to fight for Northwest Wisconsin. Rep. Rob Stafsholt released the statement below following his Primary Election victory: “It was a lively Primary Election, and I’m both humbled and encouraged to have this strong show of support from voters across the district. This seat is Republicans’ best pick-up opportunity in November, and I’m committed to leading the charge to make that victory happen. “As I’ve met with voters across the district over the last several months, one thing is clear: Patty Schachtner represents Madison’s agenda, not Northwest Wisconsin’s interests, and she has consistently failed to lead. We must return a proven conservative leader to the Senate who knows how to get things done. I’m proud of my track record of delivering results, including 15 bills signed into law, by governors of both parties, that protect our liberties and put taxpayers first. I will continue that fight in the State Senate.” Rob Stafsholt is a businessman and 4th generation farmer. In addition to helping manage his family’s farm for over 25 years, Rob’s business experience includes previously running his family’s food processing company and recently starting and operating a waste disposal company. A lifelong resident of St. Croix County, Rob was elected to the State Assembly in 2016 and has been a champion for Northwest Wisconsin. He has a proud conservative record on issues such as economic development, property rights, and sporting rights.
