• Render landscape with background, middle ground, and foreground
• Mimic stained glass style by using resist method
Key Words
• Foreground: part of the picture plane that appears closest to the viewer, usually at the bottom of a picture
• Background: part of the picture plane that seems to be farthest from the viewer
• Middle ground: space between foreground and background
Key Words cont.
• Resist Method: application of a resistant substance as a coating to protect a surface during process
• Contour Line: a line that defines the edges and surface ridges of an object
Things to keep in mind:
• Focus on the contour lines of your landscape drawing
