HandingSince all lever handles are only available in pairsand all pull handles are symmetrical in design,none of the furniture in this section is handed.

CleaningCare should be taken during construction / refurbishment to ensure that paint, thinners, mortar or cement splashesare carefully removed from locks, furniture and hardware. Removal of these splashes with strong cleaning agentsor scourers should be avoided.

Dirt and grime should be regularly removed with a soft damp cloth.

A solution of mild soap and water may be required. During cleaning, care should be taken to prevent cleaning solutionfrom entering the cylinder keyway. Surfaces should be dried and possibly lubricated.

PackagingAll lever handles are supplied in sets (i.e. pairs), single lever handles (halfsets) are not available.

UNION products are guaranteed for 1 year fromthe date of purchase against mechanical faultsarising from defects in materials or design. Inthe unlikely event of your UNION product failingas a result of defective materials or design afree replacement product will be provided.

It is a condition of this guarantee that yourUNION product: • Has been correct ly instal led and

maintained in accordance with theinstructions provided to you at thetime of purchase

• Has not been modified in any way

This guarantee does not apply to mechanicalfaults caused wilfully or negligently, or to thesurface finish of your product.

Proof of purchase must be submitted whenmaking a claim under this guarantee and allclaims must be submitted within 2 months ofyou discovering the mechanical fault of yourUNION product.
