The Department of Economics of the Brandenburg University of Applied Sciences (Prof. Dr. Robert Franz) off ers, in cooperati on with SAP University Alliances and SAP Next-Gen, e-learning courses with SAP soft ware exclusively for students.

Since 2006 erp4students has been providing opportuniti es for students to acquire important skills in working with SAP products and to prepare themselves for an offi cial SAP certi fi cati on. All courses are available exclusively for students and to special student conditi ons.

Aft er fi nishing a course module, parti cipants can take the SAP examinati on and gain a globally recognized SAP consultant certi fi cate. erp4students off ers exams in the fi elds of SAP S/4HANA (TS410), SAP BW/4HANA, and ABAP.

The e-learning courses cover fundamentals of the world‘s leading, modern management informati on system - SAP. The SAP S/4HANA course investi gates the integrati on of business processes such as sales, procurement, logisti cs, product development and fi nancial control. The FI with S/4HANA course focuses on fi nancial accounti ng while BW/4HANA focuses on Data Warehousing and reporti ng. ABAP is a non-standardized coding language for the SAP system.

Upon completi ng either course, you will possess in-depth theoreti cal knowledge of the SAP system, its technical aspects and the setup of the underlying data model, as well as approaches to compile analyses and reports. You will be able to work with diff erent functi onal components of the SAP system and its integrati on into complex business scenarios by fi rst getti ng to know the relevant theory, followed by practi cal applicati on using the SAP system.

How to studyYou work online within a live SAP system to enhance practi cal competencies of the acquired theoreti cal SAP knowledge. Ordinarily, you would not have access to such a resource unti l working for a large SAP user or consultancy company. All courses run completely online, which gives you the chance to work on the materials in a very fl exible manner, according to your own schedule and from any place you like. Thus, you can easily pursue your course aside your regular studies.

Course MaterialsYou will be working on the latest version of an original SAP system. The theoreti cal background is explained in detailed lecture notes and the case studies you will be working on were especially designed for erp4students. These materials are not usually available outside the SAP commercial classroom trainings.

Case studiesThe courses are organized in case studies that are completed in sequence. You can track your progress through the course as well as identi fy where your strengths and weaknesses are, making it easier to complete the course and obtain your SAP certi fi cati on.Throughout the whole course, tutors provide individual support. The support can be accessed 7 days a week via e-mail.

Certi fi catesA student who successfully completes a course (that means, fi nishing all case studies correctly) receives a Certi fi cate from the Brandenburg University of Applied Sciences, which states the practi cal work on the system and the workload. Additi onally, as a parti cipant of the SAP S/4HANA, the SAP BW/4HANA, the SAP FI with SAP S/4HANA, or the ABAP module, you can register for and write an offi cial SAP certi fi cati on exam online at special student rates and gain a globally recognized SAP consultant certi fi cate.
