Types of Architectural Siding TMI’s Standard 3+1 No Thru Metal Construction TMI offers a variety of siding appearances. Material options include G90 galvanized, stucco embossed or, mill finished aluminum, vertical & horizontal architectural siding panels.

TMI Industrial ConstructionThis is a cost effective alternative to our standard 3”+1” construction for applications that do not require thermal isolation. This construction offers a smooth interi-or & exterior finish. The inner panel system can be manufactured from g90 galvanized steel, mill finished aluminum or stainless steel while the exterior can also be made from stucco embossed aluminum or can be factory pre-coated not only a large array of standard colors, but we can also match any custom color as needed.

Ezy-Fit Gen 1.0Built from a patented custom extruded frame with integral gasket system to reduce the need for external sealants. Panels are injected foam insulated with a variety for interior & exterior casing materials including: g90 galvanized steel, mill finished or stucco embossed aluminum or pre-coated in an array of colors. This construction is especially designed for easy installation in knock-down applications.

Ezy-Fit Gen 2.0This construction consists of a series of interlocking injected foam panels in either a 2” standard panel or a 3” & 4” thermally broken panel. These panels can be manufactured in many different materials including: g90 galvanized steel, mill finished or stucco embossed aluminum or pre-coated in an array of colors. All panels are insulated with injected urethane foam in a heated press. This design can be used for both factory built or knock-down applications.

Kool CATThese units are build from a thermally isolated extruded aluminum frame and aluminum casing panels which can be insulated with either fiberglass, mineral wool or urethane foam. This type of construction is great for small units with limited access since any panel can be easily removed from outside the unit.

Custom coating options are available to enhance the appearance of the unit. Textured Pearlescent and Mica coatings are available for an additional.
