What are the Bylaws/SOPPs?• The Bylaws are the rules governing the conduct of the affairs

of WCCS as an organisation• The SOPPs document outlines the extension of these Bylaws

and contains standard operating policies and procedures prescribed by the Board of Directors not inconsistent with these bylaws

• It is important that the SOPPs document remains consistent with both the Bylaws and the decisions made during congress

Page 3: Standard Operating Policies and Procedures Committee (SOPPs)

Purpose of the SOPPs Committee…• This committee is essential to the undertakings of the World

Congress of Chiropractic Students• It is mandated to update the SOPPs document in accordance

with congress and Board of Directors decisions, whilst keeping them in line with the Bylaws

through the tasks set for them• The communication point between the BoD and the

committee • Keeps a list of which points were

amended/appended/deleted/added from that meeting which are emailed to the BoD member after each meeting.

DROPBOX with the new changes as they are made on the Google Drive doc.

3. "The Meeting Scheduler”• Responsible for arranging the doodles and setting new

meeting dates that the majority of the committee can attend.• All meeting dates need at least 72 hours notice.
