Warranty:ThisWarrantyisprovidedtoeachoriginalequipmentmanufacturer(OEM)withitspurchaseofanyoftheNelsonGlobalProducts,Inc.productslistedinthetablebelow.AnyNelsonGlobalProducts,Inc.productdeterminedbyNelsonGlobalProducts,Inc.tobedefectiveinmaterialorworkmanshipwill,atNelsonGlobalProducts,Inc.election,bereplacedbyanotherNelsonGlobalProducts,Inc.productorbyacreditfortheoriginalNelsonGlobalProducts,Inc.sellingpriceoftheproduct.IntheeventthatsuchaNelsonGlobalProducts,Inc.productdefectnecessitatesrepairoftheengineorcomponents,NelsonGlobalProducts,Inc.willreimbursetheOEMreasonablecoststorepairorreplace,whicheverisless,thedamagedengineorcomponentstoaconditionequivalenttothatexistingjustpriortothefailure.

AnyclaimunderthisWarrantyforreplacementorcreditmustbesubmittedinwritingtoNelsonGlobalProducts,Inc.withinthirty(30)daysofdiscoveringtheclaimeddefect.

ForthepurposeofreviewingWarrantyclaimvalidity,NelsonGlobalProducts,Inc.oritsrepresentativeswill,atNelsonGlobalProducts,Inc.discretion,havetherightto:

a. Physicallyinspecttheclaimeddefectiveproductand/orequipmentusingtheproduct.

b. Informationavailablefrompurchaseroruserrelativetotheactualapplicationand/oruseandmaintenanceoftheproduct.

Duration: ThisWarrantyextendsfromthein-servicedateoftheNelsonGlobalProducts,Inc.productinstalledbytheoriginalequipmentmanufacturerthroughthedurationoftheOEM’sbasewarranty,butwillnotexceedthecoverageperiodstatedinthetablebelow.
