STANDING RESERVATION AGREEMENT  This Agreement is entered into as of this _______ day of _________________________, 20__ between the Escrow Associates of San Gabriel Valley, hereinafter called “EASGV” and __________________________________________________________________, hereinafter called “Attendee.” Attendee hereby directs EASGV to hold a standing reservation for the monthly dinner meetings of EASGV for the calendar year 2015, excluding the months of August, November and December. Attendee agrees that he/she need not call nor mail monthly reservations; a reservation will be made for Attendee automatically each month. Attendee further understands that this Agreement allows him/her to pay at the door on the night of the dinner meeting without penalty. In the event that Attendee will not be attending any scheduled dinner meeting, it will be Attendee’s sole responsibility to advise EASGV no later than the reservation deadline date. Should Attendee not notify EASGV of Attendee’s intent not to attend, by the date stated hereinabove, Attendee understands and hereby agrees to pay the member or non-member cost for each meeting not attended without aforesaid notification.
