The exhibition includes an abundance of artistic expression ranging from arresting graphics to stunning paintings, drawings and photographs, to unique beadwork, shawls, basketry, cloth work, poetry and video.
Ziibiwing was pleased to have Mt. Pleasant Mayor,Kathy Ling, cut the opening ribbon and be among the first to experience the creative and meaningful exhibition. Standing Rock Solid remains on display thru September 30, 2017. Admission is complimentary with the Diba Jimooyung permanent exhibit. Here’s a sample of what’s on display!

Standing Rock Solid is a mixed-media exhibition of artwork by contemporary North American Indian artists illuminating the destruction and desecration of our Mother Earth and exploring our current environmental realities.
