Emily Chittenden: Here in Vegas, everybody feels like they can push the envelope — flashy, bright colors and the latest styles. I recommend wearing something sexy, chic, but still feminine. What is the strangest thing you have ever been asked while selling to someone? E.C.: Being in a city where there are a lot of female “adult” entertainers, I have had men come in with them and ask them to try on everything under the sun. The guys here have no shame whatsoever, and they don’t hesitate to spend money. What is your favorite store in Vegas besides your own? E.C.: I love H&M and I can shop high-end at Saks and Neiman’s. I need a lot of options. Where do you go after work to unwind? E.C.: I usually take a short trip upstairs to Boa Steakhouse. The vibe is good and it is a young crowd. I like to sit at the bar and have a cocktail, and 90 percent of the time you can find me with “The 405” in my hand. It’s their signature drink. Has anyone ever come into the store after a big gambling score to spend it? E.C.: One woman won $1,500 playing the slot machines and bought the dress she wanted to wear for her bachelorette party. What are the hottest trends in Vegas? O.B.: We still see that XL is the new XS — everything is bigger and there’s lots of layering. Also, jersey T-shirts and tights.
