LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTS + PLANNERS ELAC.CA CYCLING PLAN + SITE DESIGN Vancouver Park Board, City of Vancouver, BC (2012 and 2015-2016) STANLEY PARK CYCLING PLAN + SITE DESIGN LEES+Associates was commissioned to complete the first cycling plan for Stanley Park - Vancouver’s first and the regions’ oldest park. The objective of the cycling plan was to identify and integrate cycling improvements that will enhance the experience of the park for all users, not just cyclists. This includes increasing overall connectivity, improving safety, and increasing bicycle access to and from important destinations in the park. Through significant fieldwork and public consultation our team identified 50 priority initiatives and solutions to improve cycling and address key conflict areas. The plan was adopted by the Park Board in October 2012, and implementation has begun. LEES+Associates is currently collaborating with CH2MHill on tender drawings for 12 site designs. 11-320 13-515

LEES+Associates was commissioned to complete the first cycling plan for Stanley Park - Vancouver’s first and the regions’ oldest park.
