News from St Andrew’s — God’s amazing creation — Having two boys under the age of 7, most of my attempts at gardening are limited to “what
will survive the onslaught of footballs and small feet?” I have to content myself with an occasional viewing of “Gardeners World” or the RHS Chel-
sea Flower Show. But this year, Chelsea has coming to Stanton, Shawbury and Moreton Corbet. Our Flower Festival, on Saturday 15 and Sunday
16 June is a great opportunity to celebrate the wonder of God’s creation. We have a host of amazing designers (including an RHS Chelsea Gold
Medalist) across three beautiful venues. Not to mention that, whilst a ticket to RHS Chelsea can cost over £100, our flower show is just a tenner!
Sunday 15 June is Trinity Sunday, when the Church celebrates that God exists in three persons—the Father, the Son (Jesus) and the Holy Spirit—
so we’re using the theme of “Trinity” in our floral arrangements. Do come along and invite your family and friends to join you—this promises to be
a real treat. May God’s blessing rest upon you. Rich
