In this foundation module, we will introduce the concept of Creativity and innovation, how it

works, its importance and how it has evolved over the years in defining markets, global

completion, business and individuals. This module would also Using relevant case studies,

this module will lay the foundation and bedrock for achieving superior performance using

existing human resources and talents.

1. CREATIVITY & INN0VATION – CONCEPTS AND STATISTICS

2. BEST PRACTICES AND INSPIRING CASES

This module would open the minds of participants to real life cases, key learning points, see

how each case impacted on the organization. The module would build on the foundation of

module one and boost the preparedness and willingness of the delegates to acquire the skills

needed to lead change, creative thinking and innovative solutions within the workplace. The

3. REMOVING MENTAL AND ORGANISATIONAL BLOCKS

In every unit, departments and organizations, there are always restrictions and resistance to

change both from the individual employee, their bosses and sometimes the organization. This

module looks at those idea squelchers that limits creativity. Also, overcoming resistance to

session, participants would be expected to generate ideas from other industries and identify

5. THE CREATIVE PROCESS In this module, we shall introduce the different stages of the creative process, Explain,

Experience, Discuss, Explore, Repeat technique for each stage of the process and a simple but

effective creative process model and communicating and selling ideas to truly make an

impact in your organization. Participants during this practical session would test their

creative thinking capabilities and be required to own an idea from generation to selling stage

and demonstrate its organizational benefits. Participants would also learn the benefits of

using a creative approach to business solutions.
