HOW THE PUNCHES ARE GIVEN?
The teacher will keep a tally sheet to keep track of how many punches are given for that day. Everyone starts the day on the teacher’s tally sheet with ZERO, it is up to them to gain punches that day.
HOW ARE TOKENS DELIVERED?
Whenever the student engages in positive behaviors the teacher will verbally tell the student that they received a punch and then record a tally on a sheet of paper. At the end of each day the teacher will actually give the punches out to the student’s cards. By keeping a tally sheet the teacher will be able to clearly see if the whole class is entitled to get a marble for that day. All punches and marbles will be given out at the end of each class day before dismissal.
