Efficient conveyor belt cleaning is asessential today as ever. Both perfectcleaning results and simple, efficientmaintenance plus gentle, belt-savingoperation are the selection criteriadetermining the efficiency of allscraper systems. STARCLEAN® con-veyor belt cleaning systems fulfilthese criteria perfectly.

Proven throughout the world allareas of mining and industry andsupported by a highly motivated

STARCLEAN® – for Optimum Cleaning Results

team, STARCLEAN® offers the bestand most efficient solutions for yourapplication.

Unique thanks to the modular sys-tem set-up and patented TWIST-SWING® feature, STARCLEAN® con-veyor belt scrapers prove thousandsof times, day after day and aroundthe globe, why more and more cus-tomers in all sectors of the bulkmaterials industry rely on solutionsprovided by Schulte Strathaus.

The modular set-up of the STAR-CLEAN® belt-cleaning system offersthe perfect solution for just aboutevery application from a range ofstandardised components. This mod-ular principle guarantees fast deliv-ery times for both complete systemsand spare parts. Regardless of beltwidth, belt speeds or type of materi-al conveyed:We have the right answer!

A Convincing Concept:The Unique Modular System

Tensioning devices in various designs

Scraper blades featuring unrivalled wear resistance through diligently

selected materials

Individual adjustment to the belt thanks to the patented

TWIST-SWING® function

Conventional conveyor belt scrapers– even those featuring a segment-type design – provide a serious dis-advantage: They are either not ableto sufficiently adapt to the variousdegrees of wear across the beltwidth or they reach this functionusing mechanical components thatare exposed to extreme contamina-tion by the conveyed material whichmeans they do not operate with thesufficient operational reliability.

The innovative, patented TWIST-SWING® technology features uniquegeometry that allows the individualblades to adjust to the belt perfectly.

There is no need for any movingmechanical parts in the flow ofscraped material – the special shapeand geometry of the polyurethanefeet alone ensure this flexibility. Thisin turn ensures that each scraperblade rests on the belt with the opti-mum contact pressure needed toreach optimum cleaning results onone hand, and keep blade wear to aminimum on the other – therebysaving conveyor belts from prema-ture wear.

For users this means: the best possi-ble cleaning results in the most eco-nomical way.

Unique Thanks to the Patented TWIST-SWING® Feature. The Essential Requirement for Optimum Results and Belt-Saving Operation.

Saving Time and Money: Scraper Maintenance as Quick as a Pit StopThanks to the Toolless Blade Replacement Feature.

Servicing belt scrapers is time-con-suming and therefore expensive.Due to the innovative and uniquesnap-in feet the scraper blades ofthe STARCLEAN® scraper can bereplaced in no time without anytools and without needing to undoany screw or pin connections.

After blade replacement the tension-ing device is reset to the specifiedposition and all segments automati-cally adjust to the belt surface again– THAT’S ALL!

Belt-Saving, Efficient, Clean

Looking back on several decades ofexperience gained as a supplier andengineering expert for conveyor beltswe know what really counts.

Your conveyor belt is an investmentthat needs to remain operational foras long as possible. This means clean-ing must always be gentle on theconveyor belt without producingsurface wear or increasing existingdamage.

At the same time, the conveyor beltmust be optimally cleaned to pre-vent premature component wearand to minimise cleaning costs.

There is a system on the market thatfulfils all of these requirements:STARCLEAN®.

Safe conveyor belt cleaning as a war-ranty for efficient bulk material hand-ling.
