Desert Palm Village Apartments (Tempe, AZ)
In 2005, Starkweather Roofing, Inc. replaced the tile roofs of bldgs 6, 7, 9, 10, 14, 17, 18, 23, 24, and 25 of the Desert Palm Village Apartment community.
The total cost of the project was over $440,000.

Montana del Sol Condominiums (Scottsdale, AZ)
In 2007, Starkweather Roofing, Inc. installed all new tile and a SunFlex® white elastomeric coating system on all buildings of the Montana del Sol condominium community.
The total cost to install these roof systems was over $600,000.

Ishikawa & Mendoza Elementary Schools (Mesa, AZ)
In 2007, Starkweather Roofing, Inc. installed a Garland® modified bitumen built-up roof system on both the Ishikawa and Mendoza Elementary School buildings.
The total cost to install the two roof systems was $400,000 ($200,000 per school).

Gateway Village (Glendale, AZ)
In 2007, Starkweather Roofing, Inc. installed a Carlisle® .60 mil white single-ply re-roof application to bldgs A, F and Major 2 of the Gateway Village center. In 2008, the same application was installed with a ¼” dens deck on bldg D, and the internal gutters and valley work were relined on the north half bldg F and all of Major 2.
The total cost of the project was over $265,000.

Stratford Court (Phoenix, AZ)
In 2008, Starkweather Roofing, Inc. installed a KM® white elastomeric roof coating system on all buildings of the Stratford Court retail center.

Nationwide Insurance at Gainey Ranch (Scottsdale, AZ)
In 2008, Starkweather Roofing, Inc. removed the entire existing roof system of the Nationwide Scottsdale Insurance Company building and installed a self-adhered, insulated, dual-modified Polyglass PolyKool® roofing system.
The total cost of the project was over $840,000.

Estrella Buckeye (Phoenix, AZ)
In 2008, Starkweather Roofing, Inc. installed a Malarkey® 4-ply built-up re-roof application to the south half of the Estrella Buckeye warehouse & distribution center. In 2009, SRI is installing the same application to the north half of the facility.
