Parking  Instructions:  • Please  plan  to  arrive  by  7:30  AM  

• Pls  be  prepared  to  show  your  ID  at  the  Security  Gate.  

• No  Dogs  allowed  

 

RACE  INFORMATION  

Event  Schedule    5K    6:30AM  -­‐  Check  in  begins  for  5K    7:30AM  -­‐  Athletes  will  begin  lining  up  into  the  Start  Chute    7:45AM  -­‐  Pre  Race  Meeting  and  National  Anthem    8:00AM  -­‐  5K  begins    KIDS  K  7:30AM  -­‐  Check  in  begins  for  Kids  K    9:30AM  –  Kids  K  starts    Important  Notes:  

• Each  Athlete  needs  to  have  a  number  on  the  front  of  the  body  • Each  Athlete  for  the  5K  Only  will  need  to  get  a  chip  at  the  chip  table(  Pls  place  on  Ankle)  • Each  Athlete  will  be  asked  for  the  Chip  back  after  finishing  the  race  

Water  Station  • Located  between  Mile  1  and  Mile  2  

 Medical  

• Will  be  located  on  the  course  and  at  the  finish  line  (Provided  by  Capitol  Medical  Services)    

Post  Race  • Cold  Water,  Fruit,  Snacks  will  be  provided  along  with  Dublin  Soda  Works  Soda    

 Awards  

• Ceremony  will  be  approx.  10:00  AM  after  the  Kids  K    • Age  groups  will  be  13  and  Under,  14-­‐19,  20-­‐29,30-­‐39,40-­‐49,50-­‐59,  and  60  and  over  • We  will  present  1st,  2nd,  3rd,  in  each  age  group    • Kids  K  will  receive  a  finisher’s  ribbon  

Results  • Can  be  found  at  www.lonestartiming.com    • Results  will  be  updated  every  5  to  10  mins  online
