1. 1. This is a establishing shot which is used so we can see all of the surroundings and getto grips with where we are. It is also used to show us that the death star is half builtand still in its construction stage.
2. 2. Its still using the same camera shot, but the space ship is flying in to the shot.They might of done this because it exaggerates the size of the spaceship as the longer ittakes for the ship to fully enter the scene the bigger the ship seems.
3. 3. This is a low angle shot of the ships which is used to make them seem more important inthe scene and I also think the ship and planet are put side by side to show the comparisonin size with the planet compared to the Spaceship.
4. 4. This is a midshot of the two officers approaching the death star I think this shot is used toshow us actually how big the death star is.
5. 5. This is a close up of the computer system to show how technologically advanced thedeath star is. Which makes you think about what it might be capable of.
6. 6. In this shot there is a siren playing which could suggest what ever is on the ship isdangerous, but it could also suggest that the ships arrival might be unexpected.
7. 7. This is a high angle shot of the ship and it shows us a welcoming comity waiting in rows outside the ship which makes us think who or what ever is on the ship is important. Also, it mightbe used to make the ship look bigger there for more dominant.
8. 8. In this shot the officer looks very serious. He is also dresses smartly so this mightindicate that he is also important.

10. 10. The fact that he is revealed by walking through a cloud of smoke makes you think of hischaracter as quite sinister and makes you place him on the side of evil (The Empire)
11. 11. Black is most typically thought of been a colour of evil and all things dark so the factthat the whole of his clothing is black could suggest that he is evil. Also, the factthat she does not even look human makes us wary of him and gives us ideas ofwhat his character might be like.
12. 12. There is a close up of the officers face to show he is concerned that the emperor is coming. Whichsuggest to us that he is not a good character before seeing him. Also, it makes us think what is sobad about the Emperor to provoke a face like that. It also makes us think who is the emperor? Andwhat is he doing?
13. 13. The fact that shot used to show his arrival is been used to show him leavingindicates that this scene is coming to a end. This is a clever use of camera shots.
