To make this soup we need smashed potatoes and cabbage. After cutting the cabbage in thin stripes we must add it to the smashed potatoes mixture that has been boiled with water. Finally, one should add some salt and olive oil.

Procedure:Cut the goat meat in little pieces, and then put the meat in a clay

pot.Then add salt,olive oil, paprika, laurel and then the garlic. Mix the food with your hands or with a wooden spoon. Afterwards fill it with Red wine

and let it settle for 24hours. Finally put some tin foil over the pot and then put it in the oven to roast .

Ingredients:

500g diced goat meat1 dL olive oil4 garlic cloves (chopped)3 onions (sliced)1 bay leaf1 tsp cayenne pepper,saltpepperred wine1 or 2 dried chillies (red if possible)

Ingredients:Peeled potatoes Olive oil Cod fishCabbageSalt

Procedure:Boil the potatoes, codfish and cabbage in olive oil with garlic salt in a clay pot. The traditional cooking way occurs in a mill, where olive oil is made.This dish is served with maize bread and homemade wine.

Ingredients:Boiled black eyed beansBoiled potatoesBoiled cabbage or turnip shootsOlive oilSaltMaize bread (crumbled)

Procedure:This dish is made with boiled black eyed beans, boiled potatoes and boiled cabbage or turnip shoots, and crumbled maize bread. Mix everything and sprinkle with salt, garlic and olive oil.

Ingredients:1,5 kg of kid meat1 lemonSome garlicParsley, pepper, salt and laurel

Procedure:Cut the goat in small pieces. Add the lemon juice, parsley,pepper, salt and laurel to the goat.Leave this mixture for a while in a cool place. Then grill the meat in the oven. It can be served with roasted potatoes and vegetables.

Ingredients:6 eggs12 spoons full of sugar1 lemon peelsome cinnamon1spoon of flour0,5l of milk

Procedure:Mix the eggs with the sugar and the flour. Add the lemon peel, the cinnamon and the milk. Put the mixture in the oven, and leave it there during an hour.
