Each design we do, the thought process we use aims to create a design that tells the brand’s story and each part of the logo, the spacing, the text, the colours tells a story.

The smallest details mean the most to us.

Engage First Health

CLIENT

EngageFirst Health, a startup who aims to streamline the way physicians engage with their patients,

being the first line of communication. Our aim was to convey this through the branding.

WHAT WE DID

We were commission by a EngageFirst Health to create their full branding, print and website.

We aimed to create a simple clean design that evoked the emotions of trust, security, and health. We

sketched some designs, brainstormed colours and designed 4 logos; each with its own story, and a

colour palette that can be used to create a cohesive branding on all social media and their website.

For the logo we initially made 4 versions for the client to choose.

The first logo plays on the cross representing health along with a bulls eye target to show that the brand is on the right path of health.

The second had the E and the F inside one another with the health cross as a health symbol in superscript to show its importance.

The third logo was a play on the letters E and F whilst maintaining the health cross superimposed together to give a eye catching icon.

The fourth logo was a simple icon that means put health first with the 1st and health cross superimposed.

The client decided on the second logo with feedback to make the F more prominent.

Once the logo was complete and the client was happy, we went on to create the full branding including business cards, letterheads and social media headers.

We finished off with the landing page for a very satisfied client. The landing page mimics the colours of the logo with the background image having a taint of light blue to green following the same pattern of the logo.

CLIENT

We were commissioned to create the CleeCo branding and digital presence including full website.

CleeCo is creative agency working with music artists in a partnership. Helping the artist build projects

around their personality.

BRIEF

We rebranded CleeCo’s previous branding to a cleaner more modern design. We researched the target

customer; ‘creatives’, and designed a brand that is creative enough to attract them but professional

enough to make them stay. We worked on the full branding including online newsletters, business cards

and full website.

We created the full branding for CleeCo including online newsletter design to convert.

By researching their target customer and understanding that art and creating conversation is important to them. We worked on creating a new brand icon that fits well with their audience and is creative. Using an origami theme, we transform their previous phoenix logo into into a custom-made origami bird and custom font logo.

We chose the Origami theme with custom font text because origami’s goal is to transform a flat sheet square of paper into a finished sculpture through folding and sculpting techniques. This applied to CleeCo as they aim to be the platform that brings that people see the artists in new light.

The client approached us with the dream of creating the Instagram of makeup, with the ability to follow

makeup advisors, see the images and videos and the product the MUA’s are using and purchase these

products through the application.

BRIEF

We were commissioned to provide their full corporate branding, iOS application design, development

and Web Application. My MUA is a application that allows make up enthusiast to follow their favourite

make up advisors, see tutorials and buy the make up they wear.

We conducted research into their target customer to understand their behaviours, reasons for buying

make up and detailed a general understanding of the health and beauty industry. Using this information

we created a classy custom font logo, branding colours and style that represents the vision of My MUA.

Once we completed the logo, website, we created the iOS wireframes, full app design and developed

their iOS app.

We created a custom font logo and icon that can be used interchangeably with the same impact. Each letter of the My MUA can be deduced from the icon. The colour scheme is followed throughout the whole branding process and application.

The business card theme draws inspiration from the colour scheme, giving a selection of business cards that all have impact to choose from.

The launch screen dictates the theme of the application we created 4 design options. Once the client chose an option, we designed the on boarding process to be seamless and intuitive to ensure a low percentage of abandonment and high click through rate.

CLIENT:

Dongu

PROJECT REQUIREMENTS:

CLIENT

Dongu came from the love of helping people look and feel fit and healthy. Time and motivation is

the number 1 reason for not living healthy. This costs employers up to £1600 per employee per year as

a result of presenteeism and absenteeism. 300 people and 46 personal trainers have been through

the Dongu doors and it’s not a revolving one, we aim to give people all they need information

wise to keep long term lifestyle changes.

BRIEF

Dongu commissioned us to build their brand, website and app design around the their name; DO Not

Give up. Their aim was to aim to use technology to aid people’s commitments to their goals starting

within the health industry.

Using our experience with colour psychology we decided on the colours that work best.We chose green and orange. Green represents wealth, calmness, health. We decided on a shade of leafy green that combined that health and wealth with a slight tone that showed dept. The colour orange signifies optimism, warmth and open arms.

It was important for us to create logo type where each letter and icon was stand alone. Stand alone means if someone saw the D, O, N, G U or icon in isolation they will know it comes the the Dongu Whole.

The thought behind the leaf was an aprotophy but designed and positioned between the ‘N’ and ‘G’ so Dongu can be said shortened as DON’t Give Up. Dongu is warm and inclusive so the custom icons in the leaf represent both sexes at their best.

We wanted to create a website around two factors 1. Tell the story 2. Conversion.

Bounce rates are high with health companies, it was extremely important for us to capture the visitor’s attention with an image, tagline and to easily showcase who Dongu is in less than 3 seconds.

We tested and captured people’s attention with branding, imagery and health undertones, then led them on a story that makes the visitor want to click to download the app.

From visitors perspective the website welcomes you with an introduction then tells you a bit more about what it does and guides you step by step, with each step the website telling you more about it then it gives its final pitch at the end.

I O S A P P D E S I G N

Dongu’s aim to make fitness convenient needed to be portrayed through the iOS application. Our aim was to create an easy to use intuitive application that allows the client to digest information quickly on the move. We put ourselves in the mind of the user when wire framing the whole user journey including features. Once we understood what helps the user get the most benefit from the app in least of time we designed the application and proceeded to develop it.
