FEDERAL On March 23, CISA has updated critical manufacturing in their memorandum on identification of essential critical infrastructure workers during the covid-19 response to include “workers needed to maintain the continuity of these manufacturing functions and associated supply chains”
On March 28, CISA released it’s 2.0 version of this guidance which includes the following language in their transportation and logistics section: Automotive repair, maintenance, and transportation equipment manufacturing and distribution facilities (including those who repair and maintain electric vehicle charging stations).
On April 17, CISA released its 3.0 version of this guidance which includes the following language in their transportation and logistics section: Workers critical to the manufacturing, distribution, sales, rental, leasing, repair, and maintenance of vehicles and other transportation equipment (including
