before dinner for a quick check-in as a team – Is everything going alright?

On Sunday:During the last part of the day, set up your first call

with each local League & note when they plan to talk with their local League board

Encourage the Leagues to use press template & take photo

Other things:Ask to be put on your local League’s mailing list.If they have a copy of the League calendar, take it!You will get a copy of the Events Planning Checklist
