The, couple will he married shortly after graduation in June. Dr. Chester ii. Emerson of Detroit will officiate at
• the wedding ceremony. •'•• 'Miss Graves and Mr. Briggs first met

• After their marriage they will spend the summer at Saranac Lake. In September, ' t iny will move to Philadelphia where Mr. Briggs is attending medical college at the-University of Pennsylvania.

EXTENSION NUTRITION COURSE TO BE GIVEN
An extension course lit nutrition, adapted to the needs of the growing child, will he offered this semester by Miss Alice Ryder, instructor in home economics, if there are twenty registrations, according to an announcement of Professor Florence I1'. W'iiichell, head of the home economics department.
The fee for the course will be four dollars, and the class will mccl Wednesday afternoons from .5:15 to 4:30 o'clock.
There will he eight meetings of the class to be conducted February 27. March 6, 13, 20, 27. and April 1(1, 17, 24.
The topics to he considered a r e : "What good nutrition is in childhood", "general rules for children's food", "building the body framework", "iron as an essential in a i-hilds food", "how the body grows", "vitamins", "energy trail--format ion", "measurement of food quantities", and "digestive upsets in whirl food is a primary factor."

Winifred Van Salisbury and George Taylor, juniors, are practice teaching in Milne High School. Because there was a lach of students majoring in Latin, Miss Van Salisbury was chosen to teach Latin I. She did best work in Latin o, ,-i course in rapid review of high school Latin, according to Miss Lydia Antoinette Johnson, supervisor of practice teaching in Latin.
Taylor has been allowed to do his pracl ce teaching in book-keeping I because he is planning to finish his course this June preparatory tu re ce.ving the bachelor of science in commerce degree. Practice leaching is usually limited to senior students.
