6. PROTECT CONSTRUCTION TO REMAIN FROM WEATHER INTRUSION, VANDALISM, AND ALL OTHERRISKS CREATED BY DEMOLITION OPERATIONS.

7. PROTECT ALL EXISTING FINISHES TO REMAIN FROM DAMAGE FOR DURATION OF NEWCONSTRUCTION.

8. PROTECTION - EXERCISE CARE DURING WORK TO PROTECT INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR EXISTINGCONSTRUCTION. REPAIRS TO EXISTING CONSTRUCTION DUE TO DAMAGE SHALL BE DONE AT NOCOST TO THE OWNER.

9. DISPOSE OF ALL DEMOLISHED MATERIAL OFF SITE, EXCEPT FOR MATERIAL THE OWNER WISHESTO REMAIN. PROVIDE THE OWNER WITH THE OPPORTUNITY TO TAG EXISTING ITEMS THEY WISHTO SAVE.

10. REFER TO PLUMBING, MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL DRAWINGS FOR ADDITIONAL DEMOLITION
