Hi Matt, Attached are the forms that LGWU would send in with payment. Page one and two have a list of all mew customers a fter the interconnect of 02-14-15. This total

is 47 new ERC I added one form for 8802 and 8800 because LGWU had made payment but had not used the form. Denise doesn't have this one but I am providing copies of checks.

I will drop off a check tomorrow afternoon for 20,curentally due unpaid ERC totaling $48,140 .. and this will make us up to date with CCU. We do have a discrepancy in the numbers to date but with next quarters new ERC, I believe we will match up with a few exceptions.

1) 9912,8094, 9090, 8876 & 8448 were set prior to the interconnect and they only paid the interim rate of $2516.set by the PSC ( I will check this again next Tuesday)

2) 901 0, Is a home that had an iUegal connection for 8 years making him an existing customer.

So you had 23 of which 6 were before the interconnect and LGWU has 3 you didn't have leaving a net owed to CCU of 20. This has been my first Nme to sit down with all the info an compare but will s[ with Audrey next week to make sure I didn't miss something.

Section 8 of the Interconnect Agreement provides the following:

Payment. LGWU agrees to pay CCU for water delivered in accordance with this Agreement, as well as for the app'licable plant capacity charges, transmission capacity charges, and AGRF for new ERCs, at the rate set forth during the life of this Agreement, within 20 days after statement is rendered by CCU, and to abide by CCU's Credit & Collection Policy, as amended from time to time.
