Medina AutoMotorPlex – Bruno Silikowski’s development at
Arrowhead Drive and Hamel Road includes 12 buildings to
contain approximately 212,540 s.f. of private garage space
and 26,125 s.f. of retail space. The developer anticipates
that the garages would be divided via condominium plat
into approximately 162 individually owned units.

Wealshire of Medina - The Wealshire of Bloomington is
constructing a 163,000 s.f. one-story (w/ partial lower level),
150-resident memory care facility at the northwest corner
of Mohawk Drive and Chippewa Road. The owner
currently operates a facility in Bloomington and previously
operated the Wealstead of Rogers.
Business Development
Just for Kix - Clough Properties, LLC constructed and
opened in 2017 an 18,040 square foot commercial building
at 45 Highway 55. Clough Properties operates a dance
studio along with a small related retail operation in the
facility.

Medina Senior Living Project – Property located north of Highway 55, west
of Mohawk Drive, and South of Chippewa Road the developer (Lunski)
proposes to construct an 82-unit senior living complex consisting of three
stories and approximately 100,000 square feet. In addition, a separate
25,000 square foot two-story medical/office building and future commercial
development is also proposed for the site.

Comprehensive Plan Process - Draft plan currently under review by the
Metropolitan Council. Final approval by the spring of 2018.
