Andaman and Nicobar Islands

● As per Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA) order dated 21/05/2020. All airline shall share the passenger Manifest of each flight in the prescribed format with the UT Administration beforehand

● On arrival, thermal screening of all passengers shall be done by the local health authorities

● At the point of screening, all passengers share their contact details and residential address of A & N Islands with the Administration record.

● All Asymptomatic passengers will be allowed to travel to their residence/next destination by local/private transport.

● All Symptomatic/suspect cases in passengers, as assessed by the health authorities will be isolated at the designated COVID care centre (CCC).

● In addition to the above, it is again reiterated that the residents of the Islands (with no travel history from 25/03/2020 onwards), shall be allowed to travel to the other Islands without any restrictions, after thermal screening at the point of embarkation. Further, persons coming by air shall not be required to be quarantined at home henceforth.

● Asymptomatic passengers will be permitted to go with the advice that they shall self-monitor their health for 14 days.

● Random covid tests could be conducted.

Andhra Pradesh

● Samples will be collected from every single passenger when they arrive, after which they will be put under home quarantine for 14 days.

○ Those found negative will be released from Quarantine. ○ Persons coming from high incidence places like Chennai, Mumbai, New

Delhi, Gujarat, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh will have to undergo mandatory institutional quarantine for 7days. They will then be tested and sent for home quarantine if the test shows negative for COVID-19.

○ Persons coming from low incidence areas and showing no symptoms would be sent to home quarantine for 14 days after their swab samples are collected upon arrival. 

● Domestic passengers needs to enroll in the spandana website and obtain clearance before buying tickets

● All passengers to download Arogya Setu app on their mobile devices. ● All passengers are required to register themselves on Spandana website

www.spandana.ap.gov.in and obtain clearance prior to booking their tickets. ● Measures to be followed shall be made at airports/railway station/bus terminals and

in flights/trains/bus, following these measures are mandatory ● All passengers shall undergo thermal screening at the point of departure and only

asymptomatic passengers are allowed to board the flight/train/bus.

● During boarding and travel, all passengers shall use face covers/mask. They will also follow hand hygiene, respiratory hygiene and maintain environmental hygiene.

● At airports/railway stations/ bus terminals required measures to ensure social distancing shall be taken.

● All passengers shall undergo thermal screening at exit point ○ Asymptomatic passengers will be permitted to go with the advice that they

shall self-monitor their health for 14 days. In case, they develop any symptoms, they shall inform the district surveillance officer or the state/national call center (1075).

○ Those found symptomatic will be isolated and taken to the nearest health facility. They will be assessed for clinical severity at the health facility.

● Those having moderate or severe symptoms will be admitted to dedicated COVID Health facilities and managed accordingly.

● Those having mild symptoms will be given the option of home isolation or isolated in the Covid Care Centre (both public & private facilities) as appropriate and tested as per ICMR protocol available at https://www.mohfw.gov.in/pdf/Revisedtestingguidelines.pdf.

○ If positive, they will continue in COVID Care Centre and will be managed as per clinical protocol.

○ If negative, the passenger may be allowed to go home, isolate himself/herself and self monitor his/her health for further 7 days. In case, any symptoms develop they shall inform the district surveillance officer or the state/national call center (1075).

Arunachal Pradesh

● All passengers shall be advised to download Arogya Setu app on their mobile devices.

● All inter-state returnees will have to undergo mandatory institutional quarantine at their destination district.

● All passengers shall undergo thermal screening at the point of departure and exit and only asymptomatic passengers are allowed to board the flight/train/bus.

● Commercial vehicles have been placed for travel from Pasighat airport to different destinations ( facility quarantine )

● Facility quarantine allotment will be done on the basis of permanent identity proof. Halting at Pasighat town is strictly prohibited.

● Passengers from Western Arunachal will have to contact the airport helpline number 8974917480, whereas passengers from Eastern Arunachal have to register themselves on the WhatsApp helpline number 7641028636 at least 24 hours prior to the travel.

Assam

● Arrangements at the Airport : ○ Facility for planned exit for passengers ○ Thermal Scanning booths manned by Medical Staff ○ Booths outside the airport to collect undertakings etc. from Passengers who

are not required to undergo Institutional quarantine Immediately after arrival. ○ Social distancing / hygiene is maintained outside the Airport by the Airport

Authority of India. ○ Distribute health declaration form to passengers at arrival. ○ Forms to be distributed at the boarding gate of origin station if made available

by the state government. ● Transportation arrangements / options :

○ State government will run bus services 4 times a day from Guwahati airport to locations grouped such as (a) Lower Assam district (b) Upper Assam district (c) North Assam district etc. Passengers may avail these services on payment basis.

○ Passengers can hire authorised Taxis. Details of such taxis/ driver must be given in the undertaking to be submitted by the passengers to the district administration.

○ Passengers can use private vehicles. Details of such vehicle / driver must be given in the undertakings submitted by the passenger to district administration.

○ Govt. Sector visitor's may use government allotted vehicles. ○ All social distancing/ hygiene norms must be compiled with during travel.

● Passengers manifest : ○ Airlines to provide passengers manifest in the prescribed format to the state

government. After integrating the same with the existing data capture system. With the help of Health Mission the district wise list will be prepared and shall be provided in advance of the arrival of a flight for advance planning & action.

● General Quarantine norms for passengers : ○ Pilot, air crew and maintenance staff whether of passenger or cargo Aircraft,

will not be quarantined due to already being subjected to strict Medical Protocols.

○ All passengers will mandatorily be temperature scanned on arrival maintaining a distance of 1 metre each.

○ Any symptomatic passenger having his or her destination within Assam will be segregated and taken to the nearest zonal district screening camp.

○ Asymptomatic passengers have to undergo quarantine of at least 14 days, however, it might be equally distributed between government quarantine and home quarantine.

● Exemptions : Pregnant Women, Elderly person over 75 years of age & requiring assistance, Person due to attend funeral and rituals associated with death of an immediate relative, Children below 10 years of age along with their Parents and Siblings, Divyang, Immediate relative of the hospitalised patient. Patients recently undergone Cardiac, Kidney, Cancer treatment/ Surgery/ Transplant, Families (husband and wife, travelling with kids and/or their parents)

● 7 days of Institutional Quarantine followed by 07 days of Home Quarantine for all passengers.

Bihar

● All passengers shall be advised to download Arogya Setu app on their mobile devices.

● Suitable announcement about COVID-19 including precautionary measures to be followed shall be made at airports/railway stations/bus terminals and in flights/trains/bus.

● The States/UTs shall ensure that all passengers shall undergo thermal screening at the point of departure and only asymptomatic passengers are allowed to board the flight/train/bus.

● During boarding and travel, all passengers shall use face covers/masks. They will also follow hand hygiene, respiratory hygiene and maintain environmental hygiene.

● At airports/railway stations/ bus terminals required measures to ensure social distancing shall be taken.

● Airports/railway stations/bus terminals should be regularly sanitized/disinfected and availability of soaps and sanitizers shall be ensured.

● Thermal screening at exit point shall be arranged. ● Asymptomatic passengers will be permitted to go with the advice that they shall

self-monitor their health for 14 days. In case, they develop any symptoms, they shall inform the district surveillance officer or the state/national call center (1075).

● Those found symptomatic will be isolated and taken to the nearest health facility. They will be assessed for clinical severity at the health facility.

● Those having moderate or severe symptoms will be admitted to dedicated COVID Health facilities and managed accordingly.

● Those having mild symptoms will be given the option of home isolation or isolated in the Covid Care Centre (both public & private facilities) as appropriate and tested as per ICMR protocol available at https://www.mohfw.gov.in/

Chandigarh

● All passengers shall be advised to download Arogya Setu app on their mobile devices.

self-monitor their health for 14 days. In case, they develop any symptoms, they shall inform the district surveillance officer or the state/national call center (1075).

● Those found symptomatic will be isolated and taken to the nearest health facility. They will be assessed for clinical severity at the health facility.

● No quarantine for business and Corporate travelers ● All Passengers required to fill health declaration form upon arrival ● All passengers must register on COVA Punjab App before commencing their journey. ● Airline Obligations - Customers to be informed about COVID 19 arrival process

before boarding. Airlines to ensure that all other arriving passengers (not belonging to Punjab) names, address & mobile numbers to be provided to the State. Station managers to provide arriving passenger list to Nodal officer in advance

Chhattisgarh

● The Department of Health and Family Welfare will set up health counters at Raipur airport to assist travellers.

● Passengers will deboard flights in batches of 20. ● All arriving passengers have to download E-pass. Passengers to register on this link,

before boarding : http://epass.cgcovid19.in ● These forms will be collected on help desk counters of health ministry at arrival hall

and passengers will be released on the basis of ● information written on these forms ● Passengers along with their hand baggage, will reach earmarked counters for health

checkup and other details. They will be subjected to thermal screening and health check-up at this counter.

○ Symptomatic Passengers will be sent to isolation kiosks at the terminal. Their samples will be taken and they will be sent to the institutional quarantine facilities set by the district authorities. Airline's ground staff will have the responsibility to transfer the checked-in baggage of the passenger to the dedicated vehicle for symptomatic passengers.

○ Asymptomatic passengers will be sent to either quarantine centre or home quarantine or institutional quarantine on paid basis. They will provide an undertaking that they will follow all rules of quarantine for a period of 14 days.

● Baggage of all passengers will be disinfected. ● All passengers to download Arogya Setu app on their mobile devices. ● Measures to be followed shall be made at airports/railway station/bus terminals and

in flights/trains/bus, following these measures are mandatory ● All passengers shall undergo thermal screening at the point of departure and only

asymptomatic passengers are allowed to board the flight/train/bus. ● During boarding and travel, all passengers shall use face covers/mask. They will also

○ If positive, they will continue in COVID Care Centre and will be managed as per clinical protocol.

○ If negative, the passenger may be allowed to go home, isolate himself/herself and self monitor his/her health for further 7 days. In case, any symptoms develop they shall inform the district surveillance officer or the state/national call center (1075).

Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu

● All incoming passengers will be kept under institutional quarantine for a period of 14 days.

● Samples for COVID-19 shall be taken on the fifth day or between fifth and 14th day. ● If the test is negative then home quarantine is allowed for pregnant and lactating

women, children below 10 years of age, elderly above 80, people with special needs and people with serious morbidities.

National Capital Territory of Delhi ● Delhi : Will follow the protocol laid out by the union ministry of health and family

welfare ○ COVID Test is not required. ○ All Passengers will undergo Thermal screening upon arrival.

● Gurgaon : Mandatory 07 days Quarantine. Travellers can either quarantine themselves at home or opt for a quarantine facility arranged by the government for the purpose, including both free and paid facilities.

○ Constitutional & Govt. functionaries and their staff members are exempted from 7 days of home quarantine.

● Noida : Mandatory 07 days Home Quarantine. People who will be staying in the state for less than a week or are going to travel onwards from UP, will not need to undergo quarantine but they cannot enter areas deemed as hotspots.

○ Constitutional & Govt. functionaries and their staff members are exempted from 7 days of home quarantine.

● International passengers need to undergo 07 days of Institutional Quarantine at Government facility at no charge or paid quarantine at designated hotels

○ Post Institutional Quarantine, international passengers need to undergo 07 days of Home Quarantine.

● In Delhi, since the lockdown has been eased considerably, all modes of transport, except the Metro, are allowed. Only two people are allowed in a cab and only one person in an autorickshaw. Only 20 people will be allowed on a bus at a time.

● All the domestic flights flying from Delhi's Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport, will operate from Terminal 3.

● All passengers to download Arogya Setu app on their mobile devices. ● Measures to be followed shall be made at airports/railway station/bus terminals and

in flights/trains/bus, following these measures are mandatory ● All passengers shall undergo thermal screening at the point of departure and only

asymptomatic passengers are allowed to board the flight/train/bus. ● During boarding and travel, all passengers shall use face covers/mask. They will also

Goa

● Thermal screening of all passengers entering the state at the entry point (by rail/road/air). After that, those found symptomatic will be mandatorily tested and quarantined.

● Those who are not found affected by the virus will be given three following options one of which they have to select on self-declaration form to be submitted at the entry point:

○ Produce a Covid-19 negative certificate from Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) issued within 48 hours prior of arrival, then they will be allowed to go to their homes

○ Get a Covid-19 test done by providing swabs at the collection centres and paying ₹2,000 for the test and maintaining self-isolation till the results come.

○ 14 days of Home Quarantine or paid Institutional Quarantine of 14 days under stamping. If the person is found violating the rules, he or she will be immediately shifted to paid institutional quarantine, along with his or her family.

● Passengers who have a history of international travel as declared in the form, he or she will have to pay ₹2,000 and will be mandatorily tested and quarantined till test results come. (Refer to Link : https://static.mygov.in/rest/s3fs-public/mygov_159038001451307401.pdf)

● The state government also clarified that passengers who do not have any residence in the state should avoid coming as no hotels or guest houses are allowed to function.

● All other guidelines and protocols as ordered by the Government of India Ministry of Health and Family Welfare to be followed along with the ones mentioned above.

Gujarat

● Domestic travelers who are *asymptomatic* and entering Gujarat will not be quarantined, however they will be permitted to go with advice that they will self-monitor their health for 14 days.

● International arrivals passengers need to go under 7 days of Institutional Quarantine followed by 7 days of Home Quarantine.

● In cases where businessmen are coming for special work, they are permitted without the necessity of quarantine, if they bring negative COVID-19 test report not older than two days from the date of travel from an ICMR-approved laboratory.

○ This is applicable only in Special Cases, for example bidders coming to participate in an auction of perishable commodities

● If the negative COVID-19 test report not older than two days from the date of travel from an ICMR-approved laboratory is not available, business travellers can stay in paid quarantine, that is, the government-identified hotels, until the test result comes out. After a negative test result, they will be allowed to finish their engagements and return.

○ If their total stay is beyond five days, they will go to a fever clinic, and get themselves examined to get an extension of five days, if found asymptomatic.

● Any business traveler or short term visitor who intends to exit Karnataka within 48 hrs. shall be exempted from swab test and quarantine.

● Any business traveler or short term visitor who intends to stay more than 48 hrs but less than 7 days shall have to undergo swab test upon arrival. As soon as the swab test result is negative, s/he is allowed to complete his/her engagements and go back. Till the time test results are awaited, s/he must stay in Institutional quarantine (Government facility at no charge or paid quarantine at designated hotels).

● Any business traveler or short term visitor having COVID test negative report from ICMR approved lab, not older than 2 days shall be exempted from any type of quarantine.

● Business traveler’s native to Karnataka & returning within 4 days, there will be no testing & no quarantine. Such passengers should report to Apthamitra Helpline (14410) regarding the status of their health during the next 14 days.

● Returnees who have come to Karnataka since May 4, will be tested between the fifth and seventh day of arrival. If they test negative, they will be sent home for the remaining quarantine period. The usual process of hand stamping and notices for home is to be followed

● Interstate movement of medical professionals, nurses, paramedical staff, sanitation personnel and ambulances is allowed with only home quarantine.

● When members of the defence, paramilitary, railways, DRDO, ISRO, PSUs prefer to stay in institutional quarantine for 14 days in a dedicated guest house or quarantine facility of the organisation, then they should be allowed to do so.

● Other highlights are as follows:

For Road Travel ● Please get permission from your destination District Collector by submitting

information related to accompanying members in Covid19Jagratha. One has to select a check post entry date depending on the queue and the maximum limit allowed on a particular day.

● After submitting the required information your details will be verified for the genuineness of the request and travel permit will be issued with a QR Code in your registered mobile number and email.

● Travellers can use their own vehicle or rented vehicle for travelling to their home.

● All people have to enter through check posts notified by the State and will undergo medical screening for symptoms. To reduce crowding at the check posts, daily entry will be limited to a fixed number which will be decided by the District Administration where the check post is located. You can choose the check post and day of travel according to the availability of slots through ‘Covid19Jagratha’.

● Please carry the permit for verification by the enforcement squads at the check posts.

● To maintain social distancing norms, only 4 persons will be permitted to travel in a car, 5 in an SUV, 10 in a van and 25 in a bus. The maximum number of passengers in a van /bus will be half of the seating capacity). Keep sanitizer, use masks and maintain physical distancing throughout the journey

● The State Government permits the use of a pre–arranged vehicle for picking up anyone arriving from other states in rented/owned vehicle.The vehicles coming from outside can be sent back and the vehicle from inside Kerala can be used for transportation up to home by such passenger/s. Only driver shall be allowed to come for picking up and he shall also undergo quarantine specified by the Health Department. Those who travel to the Border to pick the relatives can obtain a pass from their District Collector by applying for an “Emergency Travel pass” in covid19jagaratha.

● You will have to undergo medical screening for any symptoms of COVID-19. Asymptomatic persons shall undergo quarantine specified by the Health Department and symptomatic persons will be sent to either COVID Care Centre or Hospital.

● Staff in the entry check post concerned will issue the return pass for the rented vehicles carrying passengers from other States. This can be done as presently done for trucks carrying essential items.

● Everybody including those coming from red zones shall remain under home quarantine for 14 days from the date of arrival. However, if theLSGI concerned has not confirmed the availability of Home Quarantine in the covid19jagratha portal before they reach at the check posts, they will be sent to institutional quarantine in the district concerned till the LSGI concerned confirms the availability of Home Quarantine facility.

For Train Travel ● The person/s with valid railway ticket for journey to Kerala should apply for

entry pass in covid19jagratha portal ● The persons who have already applied for a pass in the portal, opting

different modes of travel other than train, should resubmit application afresh indicating the mode of travel as ‘Train’.

● The passengers included in a single ticket should form ‘a group’ while submitting the application for pass in covid19jagratha portal.

● At the arriving station, the details of the passengers will be verified and a medical screening will be conducted. Quarantine guidelines will be the same as that of persons coming by road

● Pick up vehicles for arriving passengers will be permitted to reach railway stations at designated places and a driver only will be permitted to pick up, subject to the social distancing norms. The driver shall also be put under home quarantine for 14 days. KSRTC bus services will be provided from the railway station to the designated space where pickup vehicles would be parked.

● The District Administration where the railway stations are located will make arrangements for operating KSRTC buses to the district headquarters/ major towns to drop the arriving passengers enabling them to reach home.

For Flight Travel ● After obtaining the flight tickets, passengers shall register their details in

https://covid19jagratha.kerala.nic.in/ . ● Below are the following instructions: (covid19 jagratha portal –Public

ServicesDomestic Returnees Pass – new registration – enter details –submit). One has to select the airport of arrival.

● Arrival passengers need to carry an e-pass after registering their details. In state's COVID jagratha portal. CCJ - No counters, e pass mandate from origin. TRV - if pax don’t have an e pass - intuitional quarantine till you get the

Airlines must ensure that any passenger boarding the flight to any airport in Kerala MUST have either an entry pass for either Kerala OR any other state or UT to which such traveller is finally deciding to go after alighting from flights.

Ladakh

and obtain TN e-pass - https://tnepass.tnega.org/ ● All travelers entering Tamil Nadu from other states or union territories have to be

tested compulsory. ○ If they test positive for COVID-19, they will be admitted to a hospital and

treated there. ○ For those people whose test results come back negative, they will be told to

stay in quarantine in a government facility (institutional quarantine) for seven days if they have come from hotspot states like Delhi, Gujarat and Maharashtra. If they don’t exhibit symptoms after the seven days, they will be sent to their houses and will be asked to continue home quarantine for seven more days.

○ Those who have tested negative and have travelled to Tamil Nadu from states and union territories except Delhi, Gujarat and Maharashtra, shall undergo home quarantine for 14 days.

○ All passengers coming from the states of Maharashtra, Gujarat & Delhi will be tested for COVID upon arrival.

● If these travellers do not have enough facilities at their homes to quarantine themselves, they can request the government to house them in a government quarantine facility.

● All those arriving in Tamil Nadu from abroad will be tested.

If this test comes back positive, they will be shifted to a hospital. If that test comes back negative, they will be asked to place themselves in home quarantine for 14 days.

○ Thus, whoever is returning from abroad shall be in quarantine for a minimum of 21 days if they test negative for COVID-19.

● All pax travelling to Tamil Nadu need to register on the state website and apply for e-pass. Link https://tnepass.tnega.org/

● Airline Obligation - Mandatory verification at origin that passenger has TN e-pass & registered in portal at Origin. • Once a customer lands, in case he/she does not have pass, they have counters at the arrival to support customers at MAA, IXM.

● For MAA to other airports in Tamil Nadu, 07 days of home quarantine - Passengers travelling for business returning within 48 hrs are exempted. 1 day institutional quarantine (until the test results are declared)

● Passenger Obligation - All passengers travelling from MAA to other districts shall be required to register on State website and obtain TN e-pass - https://tnepass.tnega.org/ Mandatory verification at MAA that passenger has TN epass & registered in portal at Origin Airline Obligation

● State Obligation - ALL passengers coming from MAA will be tested for COVID upon arrival.

Telangana

● All international passengers shall be sent to 07 days of Institutional Quarantine at Government facility or at paid designated hotels

● The travellers need not undergo a mandatory quarantine period of 14 days unless they are symptomatic.

○ Those found symptomatic will be isolated and taken to the nearest health facility. Those having moderate or severe symptoms will be admitted to dedicated Covid-19 health facilities.

○ Domestic passengers arriving at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, except those with Covid-19 symptoms, will be allowed to proceed without any need to follow quarantine protocol.They will have to self-monitor their health for 14 days as per the guidelines of the central ministry of health and family welfare.

● The state government will follow the Centre's guidelines with regard to the international passengers. They will be in seven days institutional quarantine and seven days in home quarantine.

● Pregnant women, people with prolonged ailments like cancer and those with bereavement in families will be directly sent to home quarantine.

● All those in home quarantine will be under constant observation of the health staff. Those showing symptoms will be shifted to hospital. if they develop any symptoms at a later stage, they would have to call helpline numbers 104 or 108.

● All passengers whose samples are collected on random basis upon arrival shall be allowed to go home with an advice to self-monitor their health and follow 14 days of Home Quarantine

● All other passengers shall go for 14 days of Home Quarantine ● All asymptomatic passengers intending to exit Tripura within 72 hours of the arrival

shall be exempted from quarantine with an advice to self-monitor their health and in case of any symptoms they must inform the District Surveillance Officer or State Control Room number – 0381-2412424.

● Bangladesh Passport holders intending to enter Bangladesh can do so via Akhaura check-post. S/he will be transported to Akhaura check-post in special transport on payment basis

● All passengers must download Aarogya Setu App

Uttar Pradesh

● All incoming passengers will have to register themselves on reg.upcovid.com before exiting the airport. This will be mandatory. An sms and a pdf file will be sent on the phones of registered travellers and it will be compulsory to show an SMS/pdf file to exit the airport.

● Thermal screening shall be conducted for all passengers ● COVID-19 test shall be conducted on random basis ● All those who don't wish to leave the state in a week will have to undergo home

quarantine for 14 days. A poster will be stuck outside such a house and social surveillance will be carried out. The home-quarantined person will carry out a self-examination on the sixth day of his/her arrival and if found negative, home-quarantine will end. The decision to provide concession in home-quarantine will be taken by district administration.

● If adequate arrangements cannot be made for home-quarantine, the passenger will be kept in institutional quarantine.

● Passengers who are going to stay in the state for less than a week or travelling someplace else after staying in the state will have to provide proof of their future travel

website:https://dsclservices.in/uttarakhand-migrantregistration.php ● Thermal screening shall be conducted for all passengers ● COVID-19 test shall be conducted on random basis ● Liaison officers need to ensure that all passengers are kept in institutional quarantine

for a time period. If the passenger shows symptoms, then they will be kept at medical facilities.

● Only earmarked vehicles will carry passengers for institutional quarantine. ● Symptomatic passengers shall be carried in separately earmarked vehicles.

○ The Liaison Officers shall ensure that all passengers shall be kept in institutional quarantine for a time period, as specified by the health authorities/ state government unless they show symptoms which require keeping them in medical facilities.

○ All inbound passengers shall be given a choice to select a quarantine centre on their own. Complete list of quarantine centres, on payment basis, shall be available at the help desk. The rate contract shall be fixed, in advance, as per the state government / district administration guidelines.

○ The Liaison Officers shall ensure that only earmarked vehicles exempted by district administration are used for transportation of such passengers to quarantine centres.

○ The Liaison Officers, in coordination with District Administration/ Health Authorities, shall ensure earmarking of separate vehicles for movement of symptomatic passengers to the identified health facilities, keeping in mind all norms of safety and social distancing.

○ They shall ensure that drivers in the vehicles used for movement of asymptomatic passengers from the airport to earmarked quarantine centres shall adhere to all norms of social distancing and safety (as per MoHFW, MHA and state govt. guidelines)

○ The liaison officers shall ensure that the entire staff deployed at the help desk as also all the drivers of the earmarked vehicles are well-trained regarding DOs and Don’ts for prevention of Covid-19 infection.

○ At the time of discharge of such people from quarantine centre, travel permits shall be issued to them by the District Nodal Officers only on submission of relevant medical documents and information of such permits issued shall be shared with the concerned District Nodal Offices and the satellite control rooms, on a daily basis.

● Movement to/ from containment zones is completely prohibited.

per ICMR protocol available at https://www.mohfw.gov.in/pdf/Revisedtestingguidelines.pdf.

○ If positive, they will continue in COVID Care Centre and will be managed as per clinical protocol.

○ If negative, the passenger may be allowed to go home, isolate himself/herself and self monitor his/her health for further 7 days. In case, any symptoms develop they shall inform the district surveillance officer or the state/national call center (1075).

○ No flights will be allowed from Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Chennai and Ahmedabad
