and operated company specialising in the supply of aircraft engineers to aircraft operators and maintenance facilities nationally and internationally.

We are a leading provider of support personnel in aircraft maintenance facilities and line maintenance operations throughout Australia and the Pacific. We currently employ highly skilled engineers and support personnel in all sectors of the industry including military, commercial and civil operations.

02KEY MANAGEMENT

Workforce was founded by the company’s owner and director Shane De Clouett.

A aircraft maintenance engineer, Shane has over years experience in the industry. Having completed his apprenticeship with Qantas airways he moved on to travel and build his experience across various aircraft types, contracting to the military and with respected companies in Australia and overseas, such as Boeing, Air New Zealand, Australian Aerospace, Air Vanuatu, CHC Helicopters,

Australian Helicopters to name a few.

His knowledge of the industry coupled with his passion for quality service and his expertise in various aircraft manufacture led him to found the company in 2004. With an MBA degree to complement his engineering qualifications, Shane has created a business model where current aviation standards and practices are met and maintained with a focus on safety and quality.

Under his leadership Workforce continues to win contracts and place highly skilled AMEs and LAMEs to work with well known corporate and government names.

AME/LAMEOur Aircraft Maintenance Engineers and Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineers have had many years experience, in large aircraft operator organisations and smaller general aviation companies, and in fixed and rotary wing aircraft. You can be certain you are getting an engineer with the experience and licence coverage to complete each task to the highest level.

StructuresAircraft structures have been our core service from the beginning. Our highly skilled engineers are knowledgeable in both sheet metal and composite materials and are familiar with the different manufacturers’ maintenance practices and use of materials.

AvionicsOur avionics engineers are highly trained and experienced in extensive instrument upgrade programs, as well as cutting edge radar and software upgrades to support private, commercial and government operations. Our team hold Electrical, Instrument and Radio licence coverage on many aircraft type. With many years experience, our avionics engineers have become an integral unit within Workforce, allowing us to provide services and support across all aspects of aircraft avionics.

Aircraft interiorsWe can provide you with a full range of interior services. From full refurbishments to customised interior layouts, our team can provide design, modifications and trim repairs in adherence with strict material requirements.

Exterior finishingsWe understand that first impressions count. Our team of aircraft painters have been in the unique business of aircraft painting for many years. We provide services from full aircraft strip and repaints, to smaller component repaints and touch ups, to surface buffs and polishes to rejuvenate surfaces dulled by harsh environments and working conditions.

07 SCHEDULE OF FEES

Our aim is to deliver a quality service, on-time and on-budget. Where your budget is particularly tight, we will try to negotiate a price that suits everyone.

Our rates are fixed for the duration of each contract and do not incur penalty costs on public holidays. They include WorkCover policies for all Australian states and territories.

For companies without their own transport and accommodation, we also offer the service of organising accommodation, flights and transport for our engineers while on contract to those clients.
