on a finite basis. Scope is based on a discovery and validation session with
the ability to expand.
3. Consulting Retainer > Services are provided on a sustained basis with
daily, weekly and monthly rates. Deliverables are defined organically, rather
than through a discovery session.

THE STORY OF STATERA INSIGHTS
I am often asked what led to the inception of Statera and how
others can consider joining the practice. The story is simple.
My mother is an incredibly strong Irish woman. She gave me a
traditional Gallic male first name. Perhaps she expected a boy.
Perhaps she wanted me to know intrinsically that I was an equal.
Regardless of the reason, it worked for me. I am inspired by the
amazing women in my family as well as the many remarkable
women from my professional path. My female colleagues want the
same thing I do > to work on impactful initiatives that leverage our
utmost ingenuity without sacrificing friends, family or sleep. I know
it's possible. It might even be contagious.
After celebrating 25 years of corporate experience, it was
"time for a change." The concept for Statera Insights was born
from a desire to honor the principle of balance. Statera is Latin for
balance. Balance is the objective > balance in life, balance via
wisdom and balance in gender. Insight is the deliverable. Statera's
practice will expand as the "time for a change" occurs within the
marvelous women I know and have yet to meet. One day I plan to
transition my energy to promote business solely for them.
What about the guys? Men are tremendous. My dad rocks. My
love for my sons grows by the minute. My knight in suburban
armor is my best friend. Professionally, I'm fortunate that
outstanding men have encouraged and mentored me at every turn.
So, Statera Insights is no girls club. Incredible men are welcome to
join the practice provided they take an active role in sponsoring a
woman's professional path and rooting out unconscious bias.

our NWBOC certification is approved, Statera will flourish further as
a member of the National Women Business Owners Corporation.
3 > GRATITUDE
Reverse the bucket list. Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life and
helps us be mindful of our blessings. No matter what the
circumstance, gratitude turns what we have into more than enough.
A sense of entitlement ends where gratitude begins. Happiness is
like a sugar high, but gratitude sustains joy. Always acknowledge
