STATE ACCESS PLANNINGLessons Learned
It’s hard to get people to attend evening meetings unless there is controversy
Traveling the state and hosting informal open houses is time consuming but has high value
A few knowledgeable people can provide a wealth of information – and opinions
It took longer than anticipated to complete Nobody has objected to not having printed copies Nobody has challenged the process or results There is always something new to learn
