INTRODUCTION/PROCLAMATION

ERRORS AND OMISSIONS EXCEPTED. This result C.D. is issued as a notice only. Any

entry appearing therein does not in itself confer any right or privilege on a candidate

for the grant of a Certificate. However, the Board reserves the right of rectifying

errors and omissions in the result at any time.

The Intermediate (Annual) Examination, 2017 commenced on 06-05-2017 The Practical Examination continued up to 01-08-2017 The result is being declared on 12-09-2017.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1. Total number of candidates who applied for admission to the examination: 38445.

2. Total number of candidates who actually appeared: 37390.

3. The marks obtained by the successful candidates have been shown against

their Roll Nos./names in the Result C.D.

4. The candidates against whose Roll Nos./Names, some abbreviations of subjects

& papers are mentioned have failed in these subjects & papers, and are eligible

to re-appear in the failing subject/s & paper(s) till such period as detailed

below: -

i) The candidates who appeared in the Intermediate (Annual) Examination,

2017 in full subjects (both the parts) and remained fail in one or two subjects &

papers are eligible to qualify the examination of failing subjects & papers till

Intermediate (Supply) Examination, 2018.

ii) The candidates who appeared in the Intermediate (Annual) Examination,

2017 in papers of Part-II examination and remained fail in one or two papers

are eligible to qualify the examination of failing subjects & paper/s till

Intermediate (Supply) Examination, 2018.

5. The candidate who passed the Intermediate (Annual) Examination 2017 may

improve the aggregate of marks in one opportunity (within two year) in the

parent Board by appearing as a private candidate in one or more subjects

consisting upon both the papers and will have to appear in the subject/s having

concessional marks. They may also improve in Part-I, Part-II or both parts in the

same combination of the papers/subjects in the current syllabus till

Intermediate (Annual) Examination, 2019.

6. The result intimation cards are being issued to the candidates simultaneously.

The Private candidates will receive their result intimation cards directly by post.

However, the result intimation cards of Regular candidates will be sent through

the Heads of their institutions.

7. The fresh candidates with full subjects are not eligible to appear in the

Intermediate (Supplementary) Examination, 2017 except those as otherwise

permitted under the relevant rules. However, a candidate of Inter (Annual)

Examination, 2017 may appear in Inter (Supply) Examination, 2017 if

otherwise eligible.

8. The result of the candidates whether successful or otherwise is published

for the convenience of all concerned. The result of such candidates who have

not yet got adjusted their fee accounts are not published and their result

intimation cards will be issued after the adjustment of their dues. The result

of the candidates whose eligibility cases are yet to be settled and have not

furnished the required information’s/documents has not been published.

Their result will only be declared on fulfillment of the requisite formalities.

9. The candidates showed “Fail” means “Fail as a whole”. There is no bar on

their appearing in the Inter Supplementary Examination, 2017 or any

subsequent Annual Examination (Both the parts taken together) if otherwise

eligible. No such candidates would be permitted to appear again in Part-I

examination only except marks improvement cases.

NOTE

i) All enquiries regarding the result of candidates appearing from recognized

Institutions should be addressed to the Heads of the Institutions concerned and not

to the Controller of Examinations. In case of private candidate, they should contact

the Assistant Controller (Inter) on Ph. No. 0409200522.

ii) The copy of result C.D can be obtained from the Branch of Habib Bank Limited Kot

Khadim Ali Shah Sahiwal on payment of Rs. 100/- Per C.D. to the Board’s Account.
