• Statistical evidence will guide implementation, learning, change, reporting and communication.

• Definitions and explanations for the statistical concepts and terms used for planning, reporting and implementation of the Grants.
• Information about programmes under the Grants shall be registered in the Documentation, Reporting and Information System (DoRIS) to support the management and documentation of the Grants.

Project informationcont.• Project sector code - sector codes track project
expenditures to a sector in the beneficiary country: “To which sector are the funds directed?”
The sector code shall be entered by the Programme Operator, one sector code for each project.
Exception - Under PA 10, Funds for Non-Governmental Organisations, a project may be assigned two sector codes.
