CHS volleyballPlayer of the Week

T a l e s h a Scott, daughter of David and La’tesha, has been selected by Andy Glenn as the Player of the Week for Oct. 20. The La-dies played in one match this week against

Carrollton which was also Senior Night.

Scott has continually become a stronger in many areas of her game but especially in the area of attacking. She is now hitting harder and smarter each match. She is feared by many opponents as she approaches the net.

She plans to attend Lincoln Land Community College and play volleyball there after gradu-ation.

Her stats for the Carrollton match were as follows: nine ser-vice points and two aces, 11 kills out of 14 attempts, 12 serve re-ceives, one stuff block, one assist and one dig.
