The Importance of Stats

• Enables us to track trends, set goals and implement controls.

• Set new and realistic targets based on previous performance.

How The Data is Used• Primarily the department manager has 3 main concerns related to

performance and targets.• 1) CPL – Cost Per Lead• 2) Traffic Volume – the number of leads generated daily, monthly and

annually• 3) Conversions – how many signups compared to how many clicks.

Who Relies on this Data?• Primarily this data is collected for the department manager. This reporting

tool gives an overview of daily performance.

• The data is also sent to Accounting. Accounting uses this information to settle accounts and review spending and billing activities on each account.

• The department manager also uses the data in operation meetings to illustrate performance success and to analyze areas of performance that could require improvement.

• Your manager will also use this information for developmental training and coaching to better your buying skills.
