CWSA ESTABLISHMENT
Community Water and Sanitation Agency
(CWSA) established 30th Dec. 1998 by Act of
Parliament (Act 564) as the statutory body to
manage the NCWSP.
The primary objective of CWSA, under Act 564, is “to facilitate the provision of safe water and related sanitation services to rural communities and small towns” in Ghana.
