In order to cover these demands, Building automation is taking a step forward, utilizing the latest technology for providing the building owner the optimum comfort conditions with the maximum energy efficiency in a comprehensive and transparent way. Advanced room controls and new-generation multidiscipline Building Management Systems are introduced, providing the users with advanced products and applications combined with intelligent and detailed information. This way the building’s itself and management staff’s efficiency is improved significantly without any compromise in safety and IT security. Additionally, new energy assessment and reporting cloud-based tools have started to roll out, giving the facility managers all the complex information they need for their building evaluation in an easy and transparent manner. Finally, the new generation of building automation products is following the new trends in building design as well, supporting fully all the latest trends in building installation planning and specifications.
