Linings: Cement Mortar Lining to DWI 25 (1) (a) & DWI 31 (4) (a).

Protection: Blue 3 Layer PE; 3 Layer PP (both 1.8-2.2mm thick). Sewage pipes would be black in colour.

Uses: Potable Water & Sewage Sludge (with Acronal cement mortar).

Internal Repair: No internal repair needed.

Pressure Rating: 40 bar, with standard thrust blocks at the bends.

Realistic Usability: Any potable water or sewage sludge pipeline, especially where aggressive or rocky ground conditions will result in, or has resulted in, corroded, cracked and leaking pipelines.

Joint Type: Tyton Push Fit joint.

Fittings: Tyton D I fittings, ex stock.

Aim: No corrosion, no leaks, no minimum longevity of life.

Linings: Cement Mortar Lining to DWI 25 (1) (a) & DWI 31 (4) (a).

Protection: Blue 3 Layer PE; 3 Layer PP (both 1.8-2.2mm thick) Sewage pipes would be black in colour.

Uses: Potable Water & Sewage Sludge (with Acronal cement mortar).

Internal Repair: No internal repair needed.

Pressure Rating: 16 bar up to 200mm, 10 bar for 250mm & 300mm. No thrust blocks required.

Realistic Usability: Any potable water or sewage sludge pipeline, especially where aggressive or rocky ground conditions will result in, or has resulted in, corroded, cracked and leaking pipelines after only a few years.

Protection: Blue 3 Layer PE; 3 Layer PP (both 1.8-2.2mm thick). Sewage pipes would be black in colour.

Linings: Cement Mortar Lining to DWI 25 (1) (a), DWI 31 (4) (a), and Epoxy Lining to DWI 31 (4) (a).

Protection: Blue 3 Layer PE; 3 Layer PP (both 1.8-4mm thick depending on OD); FBE (500 µm thick). Sewage pipes would be black in colour.

Uses: Potable Water & Sewage Sludge.

Internal Repair: Required for epoxy only.

Pressure Rating: 1-150 bar depending on steel grade, OD and wall thickness.

Realistic Usability: Epoxy - sizes above 900mm where man entry is allowed for internal joint repair. Cement, all diameters.

Joint Type: External Butt weld joint.

Fittings: Butt weld fittings made to suit, ex stock.

Aim: No corrosion, no leaks, no minimum longevity of life.

Soil Types: Ideal for all soil types because of complete corrosion protection.

Internal Repair: No repair needed on epoxy lining.

Pressure Rating: 1-150 bar depending on steel grade, OD and wall thickness.

Realistic Usability: All sizes where the customer wants an epoxy lining, but does not want to send a worker inside the pipe to repair the lining.

Joint Type: External socket weld.

Fittings: E Joint fittings made to suit, ex stock.
