REINFORCEMENT BAR

Hot-rolled carbon steel H-piles are used in the foundation works in civil and building construction.

H-PILE / H-BEAMSheet piles are perfect for retaining structural works of general civil construction.

SHEET PILE

We provide structural plate and pressure vessel quality (PVQ) steel plate.

PLATECouplers are designed to splice the same diameter bars where at least one bar is not restricted in its axial direction.

COUPLERS

TVSC Construction Steel Solutions Limited ("TVSC") is a joint

venture between VSC Steel Processing Limited and NatSteel

Holdings Pte Ltd. ("NatSteel") of Singapore (a Tata Steel

Enterprise). For over 50 years, we and NatSteel have been

supporting the construction industry of the region and are

recognized as pioneers of automated processing and supply

chain e�ciency. TVSC is Hong Kong's �rst automated rebar

processing and assembly facility. TVSC is an approved o�-site

reinforcement bar cut and bend supplier for all public works

projects in Hong Kong.

By working together with contractors and �xers, we will lead the

conversion of the Hong Kong construction steel supply chain from

on-site to o�-site processing. We plan to do this by working closely

with customers to create solutions that are safe, customized to the

project blueprint, rede�ning concepts of time, inventory and

manpower management and material wastage reduction.

AUTOMATED SHEARINGOur computer controlled bending machines help to reduce labor, increase operator safety and increase production with programmable multiple shapes into our easy to use control systems.

AUTOMATED BENDING

Single direction automatic stirrup bender from coil. It can produce stirrups and cut-to-size bars from wires of 13 mm diameter (#4).

STIRRUP BENDING

From steel mill to our plant, to job site, our tagging system allows for full, computerized traceability of material.

COMPLETE TRACEABILITY TAGGING AND IDENTIFICATIONOur plant has pier access allowing for

one of the most e�cient supply chains in Hong Kong.

He Tai Steel Co., Limited ("He Tai") was established in 2006, is strategically located in Tsing Yi, Hong Kong and has pier access for

e�cient loading and unloading of product.

Scrap is one of the recyclable resources which consists of renewable materials from used and scrapped equipment, or components

of steel material that can be reused for steel production. He Tai also provides scrap processing and quality control management to

increase the value of scrap products.
