After secondary school she focused her attention and passion on house design plans and interior architecture. She attended the Istituto Europeo di Design (IED) in Rome and in 1992 she got a degree in Interior Architecture. Her working experiences are various and driven by her interest in applying the tools learned at university: they go from her floor lamp for Venini to her collaboration in setting up the exhibition “Architettura e spazio sacro nella modernità” (architecture and sacred spaces in Modern Age) featured in Venice Arts Festival. In 1993 she took part in the evaluation of Raffaello's Rooms in the Vatican Museums. As an on- site assistant she dealt with the restoration of painted doors for Borghese Gallery and with the restoration of the canopied altar for S.Croce in Gerusalemme's Church, in both cases working for the Laboratorio di Restauro (based in viale Aventino, Rome). In 2003 she became advisor for a furniture store, planning housing solutions and creating decorative objects. Today Stefania works as a freelance professional in her studio in Prati area. Her main activity is that of interior designer, offering a complete apartment makeover. The same attention is given to the garden design plans, in which the green areas are re-thought and designed with the help of a garden designer for the planting plan. She delivers a turnkey service, according to the given budget; the service goes through various steps, from the inspection before buying a property, the general and executive plans, up to the choice of the firm and the communication with the supplier.
