In Kuala Lumpur, we recently put on a day of training devoted to Dermastem. The room was packed with IBPs and clients eager to further their knowledge about Stemtech’s extraordinary Renewal Serum. The full-day session had been requested by the Malaysian Diamond Advisory Board, and the Board’s members took an active role in organizing the training activities. The happy result was a day filled with learning, sharing, motivation, inspiration and fun… including some joyful dancing!

Since I believe that the agenda the Advisory Board settled upon is an excellent template for IBPs around the world to use, I would like to share the details with you here.

INFORMATIONBy the Board’s request, I first presented information on the history and science of Dermastem, its development using unique ingredients, the importance of quality assurance and proper application for best results. Because people are generally interested in learning how DermaStem works on different skin types, on the two genders and in varying climates, I included this information in my presentation, as well.

SEEING RESULTSWe then saw “Before” and “After” results from the Dermastem Challenge winners that clearly demonstrated the dramatic effects of DermaStem. Many more DermaStem users in attendance were happy to show off their own individual results, as well.

MARKETINGOf course, an important part of any product training session is the subject of marketing the product; so I shared the procedures we have found to be most effective with DermaStem, including small parties with application demo’s, samples and materials. We addressed common Questions and Objections that Independent Business Partners may hear when sharing DermaStem with others, providing suggested simple responses.

PRIZESAnd no all-day training session can end without a Lucky Draw and Prizes! Our Malaysia training day was no exception, as lucky winners took home some DermaStem treasures to enjoy and/or share.

That shiny new metallic brown GMC extended-cab pick-up that is drawing lots of attention from folks around Lansford, North Dakota, belongs to longtime Stemtech Inde-pendent Business Part-ner and Triple Diamond Everett Potter. When people ask Everett about his new wheels, he is happy to let them know that Stem-tech’s enhanced Vehicle Bonus Pro-gram earned him a nice Tier 1 monthly stipend that put him into his comfortable and practical ride in March.
