STENCIL PRINTING

Stenciling produces an

image or pattern by

applying pigment to a

surface over an object

with designed gaps.

which create the pattern or

image by only allowing the

pigment to reach some parts

of the surface.

 

WHAT IS A STENCIL

A stencil is an instrument with a

design crafted in it, in the form of

design gaps . The gaps that are

crafted normally allows pigment

pass through.

1. PLAN YOUR DESIGN FOR THE STENCIL

2. CREATE YOUR STENCIL

3. PLACE YOUR STENCIL OVER YOUR INTENDED SURFACE.

4. APPLY PIGMENT TO YOUR SURFACE.
