TRANSCRIPT
By following my publication
plan had already planned the
font type that I would be
using for the contents page
which is ‘Franklin Gothic Demi’
which is a very bold in your
face font which is good as it is
that strong look which links
with the image on the front
cover with her strong face
gives my magazine a certain
vibe for what indie people are
like.
I chose this font mainly
because I really liked
this font a lot.
I began to fill in a picture box
where I can insert a picture
that if edited properly it will
just fit into the box, by right
clicking it and then pressing
‘fit picture to box’.
Furthermore, I then finished
off the boxes where I would be
putting my pictures so that I
had an idea about where
everything would be going
before I take my pictures.
Firstly, added my first picture
this is related to my double
paged spread and it takes up
to of the columns mainly
because it is an important
main heading picture of' Fools
on parade’.
Moving on, began putting the
pictures from my featured
articles into the contents page.I followed the codes and
conventions by including a
picture similar to my front
cover as it shows that it
was the main image in my
magazine.
I added the features and the
regulars that will be in my
magazine. The fonts chosen I
had planned before hand on
my publication plan.
I made sure that both
features and regulars
fit on 1 whole column
as much as I could.
Additionally, added a web
address of the magazine to
allow the readers to look at
the website. Also, put the
date on there too, to just add
more detail to that corner.
I’ve added a blue box
around the contents
as it has stood out
more and it looks
good with the regular
and features.
