Step by step guide for customers selecting graduation

prints and ordering additional copies.

Access your account through the ‘my account’ section which will ask for a username

and password which either you selected or which was sent to you by email.

Select the ‘view images’ tab and click on ‘click here to view images’

Click on an image in the gallery (on the right) and it will appear in the larger window.

(You can run the cursor over the image to magnify a particular detail for example; are

eyes open in a large group.) When you have chosen an image, click ‘select’.

If your pack requires you to select more than one image, the images will appear as

thumbnails below the main window. Click add image below the image you want to

select. When you have selected the images you require to make up your pack, click

add to basket.

Select ‘add to basket’ to go to checkout (even if you have pre paid for these

photographs) or ‘continue shopping’ if you wish to select additional items.

If you wish to select additional images to those which you have booked, simply

‘select’ the image and choose the item you wish to purchase from the drop down list.

If you continue shopping and have additional items to select which are already paid,

they will appear as €0.00 in the list of items.

When you are happy that you have selected all the images you would like click on

‘add to basket’. The select any upgrades you would like such as image enhancements

or picture frames. If you select items on this page press ‘upgrade’ and if you don’t

wish to select any items simply press ‘skip’.

The next page details your order and items can be removed or you can choose to

continue shopping. If you are happy with your purchases, choose the type of delivery

required and then press ‘proceed to checkout’.

Check the details of your order and personal details and then check the agree to terms

and conditions box and click on checkout.

Thank you for your order. Your order will be with you within 21 days of selecting

your images.
